ArmA: Cold War Assault is a military simulator originally developed and released under the name Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis by Bohemia Interactive Studios. The Operation Flashpoint name renamed with the original publisher, Codemasters, and Bohemia went on to develop another military simulation with the same engine - ArmA.

Due to a recent license expiry, Bohemia was allowed to rebrand Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis to the ArmA name and brand, and this happened in the new 1.99 patch which was released to celebrate the game's 10th anniversary.

Features:

This installer is advanced in a few different ways compared to the GoG installer - while it also contains all the content of the GoG installer (all campaigns, missions, etc), it also:

-has a filesize of 434mb, a large amount smaller than the GoG installer
-contains a different serial key than the GoG installer
-is prepatched to 1.99 (the ArmA rebrand patch)
